At Kryzovex we take the privacy of the people who visit kryzovex.com and of those who reach out to our team very seriously. This document explains, in plain language, what data we handle, why we handle it and what rights you have as a data subject, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326 and the complementary rules issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kryzovex S.A.S., CUIT 30-71834562-4, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 5230, floor 8, Palermo, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us through the site's form or by writing to privacy@kryzovex.com.
2. What data we handle
We only handle the information you provide when filling in the contact form (name, email address and the message you write), along with limited technical data (truncated IP address, device type, referrer) when you enable the analytics or advertising cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to maintain follow-up conversations about real estate crowdlending projects and to comply with our legal duties. The legal basis is the free and informed consent you provide by submitting the form, as well as Kryzovex's legitimate interest in handling the request you initiated.
4. Retention period
We keep contact messages for a maximum of 24 months from the last exchange, unless a legal duty requires longer periods (for example, accounting or anti-money laundering rules). After that period, data is anonymised or deleted.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We rely on service providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email, Google analytics tools). Some of these services may involve international transfers to countries considered adequate by the AAIP or covered by standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and request the deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to certain processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@kryzovex.com. You can also file a claim with the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip) if you feel your rights have not been respected.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: TLS encryption in transit, access control based on the principle of least privilege, audit logs and periodic reviews of our critical providers.
8. Updates
We may update this policy when our practices or the applicable legal framework change. We will always publish the current version at this same URL, showing the date of the latest change.
